You don't suppose that internet gambling was taking an ever increasing chunk out of their revenue, so the big casinos lobbied to shut down the existing online gambling so that they could reinvent it with the casino operators as the only ones who could, do you? The conspiracy theory begins in 3 ...... 2 ..... 1 .....
