Golden Lady Holdout [RESOLVED]

Golden Lady casino refuses to pay my winnings. There's no bonus involved,no promotions,no requirements,I won $500 on $7 of comp points, requested a withdrawal on 5/29,support doesn't respond to my messages and live chat keeps giving me different days that all have passed by. They just flat refuse to pay.

I don't think he'll like that all of our Golden Lady posts on facebook have negative comments under them. Hopefully he'll want to clear them up whether you are in the right, or they are in the right.

Hi Mben,no word from the Golden Lady? To be honest,I really didn't expect that from that site. Not sure why I felt that way but they do speak rather highly of themselves on their site, maybe they all do that though. Mine is very straightforward though and it's not as if I never made a deposit with them. I just don't get it. Thanks again for being there,it helps to know I'm not going at this alone

He is usually good at getting back to me right away, so I'm surprised he hasn't yet. Maybe he's waiting to hear from finance.

Well,it would appear that Golden Lady really is doing a holdout. I hate to resort to negative posts as to their character but they've kinda forced the issue. What they don't know is that my girlfriend is a very popular social media figure and they stand to lose a substantial amount more than I'm owed if she puts up a negative post. If I don't hear from them today they have left me no other choice. I'll update you, thanks again Mben, I appreciate you.

You really do think so? I've never been through this before and I see some previous posts that were never resolved. Okay, I'll hold off for a bit. Patience has never been one of my strengths, it's a work in progress. Thanks for the advice

jackiechance, I can totally relate to what you are going through. My issue was well over 10 years ago with a casino that's out of business now. I had an approved cashout for $7200, but they were taking months, and months and months to pay me off. I'd get a $600 check here, and a $500 check there. It was maddening. Finally, I told them to shove the $3200 balance up their a$$ and moved on. It would have continued to stress me out if I held on, contacted them day in and day out like I did for all the months prior. And I vowed to smear them all over the socials. I didn't waste my time though. Totally not worth more time spent on that casino. I'm not saying do what I did. I'm just saying I can relate.

So your cashout was approved, yes? And the past dates are dates they say you will receive your winnings, correct? For some reason, I thought you were denied the cashout. That would make it a one player issue. If they can't pay an approved cashout though, then it affects all players.

Anyway, I've messaged the rep and told him he needs to hurry with an update. Because you are about to off on them if we don't hear back soon.

That's the reason I played their casino in the first place you know? Then they don't honor it? I know it's not a huge amount of money but just the fact they don't fulfill their end of it, would be hard for me to walk away without saying anything. I'll make people aware of how they operate. That's why everyone plays right? Not just to toss their money away or to support a casino. When my girl Harli expresses a thumbs down regarding their accountability, they just might rethink customer service. That will make sense soon enough. Thanks guys

The rep messaged yesterday saying he was sorry for the delay and would get me an update asap. Haven't heard from him since yesterday.

The rep has told me that your withdrawal has been escalated and that it will be paid very soon.

I told him I will not publish our newest sign up bonus they have for No Deposit Forum until you are paid. Because I need to trust that they are paying players.

Well, maybe you were right and I shouldn't have started counting my chips yet. Thank you so much for your effort but they definitely have some issues. I'll leave you alone now,I'm sure I've been a pain and maybe I have an undiagnosed OCD that needs some attention. Things like that have a way of bringing out the whiner in me, they've taken it to another level with me. It's the principle that annoys me and the fact they think they can pick and choose.
