Didn't do anything anywhere, my heart wasn't in it. Applied to live with mom and brother in their low income apt as an add-on and rejected again. Been 4 years since lost our house and husband. This eviction just isn't going away fast enough. I know I will make it somehow, but I am so depressed and displaced and too old to be wandering in the heat and snow. I can't get a hold of anyone. How can this place deny a family who needs each other? If I wasn't here a month ago my type 1 diabetic brother had a seizure. I didn't get him the jelly quick enough. Scariest thing I never been there the 6 other times. Even tho I fell apart I called paramedics and he's ok, but my mom with dementia did not hear my screams nor any one else in this place. Sorry don't mean to bum any birthdays I hope you all had a great time and made something of your gifts. I can't complain about no bonus from Intertops, I love them, but I am a bit disappointed it was only a match. I have made a few $45 deposits after the iniatial $20-$25 Oh well Thanks for all the fun!

Good morning Helwin,

Thank you for listing your Birthday chips.

I can understand why you would have been less than cheery on your Bday.

Did they give you a reason why you were denied the opportunity to live with your Mom and Brother? Just doesn't seem right.

I'll add you to my prayers that things get better and you find some peace.

Pam

Awww, helwin, sorry you're going through a tough time.

I know you said your heart wasn't in it, but I do hope your birthday chips took your mind off a things a little bit for a little while. Sounds like you need that until you get your living situation taken care of. You will. Have faith.

Thanks I'm feeling a little better even though not quite sure where I'm going. We waited 6 months hoping to get another modification for our mortgages on house. I was so sure they would and could not prepare to pack , move or sell while taking care of husband. I started to go through all the stuff to sell. Had a yard sale lasting 2-3 weeks pretty much by myself. calling back every week, just to find out denied. My own denial that they wouldn't deny us cost me this eviction that is preventing me to rent anywhere. In a big way it was better husband didn't come home to "no house" and no chance to rent any place to call home. It just breaks my heart, but thankful he didn't feel that pain. 7 years maybe the time to apply again at these apts. I just hope my mom, brother, 2 cats and all my stuff is still here then. I will go talk to somebody to see if there's a way to appeal this successfully. Brother says I can sleep in his car which was generous. My son is also here with his dog and working for 2 months. I'm thinking it will be like a vacation. sleeping with the bears in the woods. It'll work out, has to.

Your post is so sad.

You have been through and are going thru so much.

I'll continue to pray that your situation improves.

Don't know what else to say. Sigh...

Helwin,
I lost my home that I paid on for 14 yrs about 12 yrs ago when my disability didn't come quick enough to pay my mortgage. Broke my heart, and I'm still not really over it. My heart goes out to you, but, man, you've got to believe that better days are around the corner.

Hang in there!
