RED STAG "FREE" TOURNEY'S

PMM

Guest
Tried to play my free daily touney at Red Stag this morning. Couldn't register. Said I had to validate my email.
I knew I had already done that like a year ago, so I went to live chat.

Seems I haven't deposited in a couple months, so they took away my free daily tourney. No kidding.

"Deposit inactivity."

That seems really wrong to me.

Red Stag is NOT hot to me right now.

Am I missing something?

Aha! That's what must have happened to me as well, Pam. I thought to myself when I got that message "I know I validated my email because I had to do it with live chat after failed attempts."

Oh well, I am not going to worry about it. They are at the bottom of my WGS list. Not meaning they are not from a reputable group. Just meaning they are the WGS casino I go to last.

Weird for Red Stag making your account temporary banned for free daily tourney. Other casino wont do such thing and will email you attractive offers you cant resist. They should offer you something to make you put some money with them not making your account banned.

Yeah, I wanted to register for an LCB tourney with them and they wouldn't allow the registration for it because I hadn't deposited in a month! Also, I've now made 2 deposits and they won't even give me free spins or a small free chip which all of the other ones will do for you even after just 1 deposit!
I don't know what's going on with them lately but something smells rotten in Denmark as they say. I wonder if they are having money issues personally. Watch out!!
This kind of treatment just makes me not want to deposit ANY more money with them. They care very little for their customers obviously.

Yes, from what everyone posts, they are tight and strict with bonuses. As far as something "being up" with them or "money problems", I doubt it. They are part of one of the most reputable casino groups out there, DeckMedia.

Same group as Miami Club, Uptown Aces, and Sloto'Cash to name a few. They just seem to be a bit less generous than the others.
