Normally when the code itself shows up in the message that it can't be redeemed, it means it is a good code but you can't redeem it. Most likely you are not a new player at Slotastic.I have sent off an email to the rep to make sure the code is still working and in the meantime until I hear back from him, can I get your username at the casino to send off to him to check your account, shkpvl?
