Slots Jungle Deposit

WELL KNOWN MEMBER
I have a question about a deposit I made at Slots Jungle this morning. I made a 25.00 deposit using my NS pre paid Visa ( which I always use there and at the other Casinos) .  It said it was pre authorized and to contact live chat. I did and they told me it was declined because of in suffient funds, but I did have enough money on my card to cover the deposit.  I then went and checked my NS account and there was no money in my account ( balance on my card before I made the deposit was over 26.00 ) and no money in my SJ account.  They said that they have seen this happen before and that the moiney would be returned to my NS account, but nothing there yet.  Has this ever happened to anyone. Thanks

Hi nikkidog:Not sure why the deposit didnt go thru when you had the money in your NS account. That is strange. What I do know is those refunds can take up to 24 hours. This is simply my experience, as it has happened to me.It takes time for the authorization to fall off the NS account, and for the merchant to release their hold on the funds.Keep us up to date, and keep checking your netspend account, and your slots Jungle account, incase it went thru after all.                                                                                  Pam

I just checked my NS account and not there yet and no money on SJ account . I did add money to my NS card after that happened and tried to deposit and it went through just fine. I had to laugh because I was talking to Ray on live chat and he asked what NS was. He said  I had to buy an voucher and then deposit. I explained to him that I always use my NS card to deposit and never had a problem. I guess he checked my account and then understood, and that is when he said that the money would be returned to my card.  I will keep you updated.

Yes it has happened to me - believe it or not could take days or even a week for it to be returned to your card - very frustrating I know!

Same here. It took about a week for the transaction to expire in the Netspend account. Meaning, the merchant never claimed it so it was put back in my balance from Netspend. The merchant does not return the money because they never had it in the first place. It is really frustrating when that's all the money you had to play with and what did you get out of it? Nothing! (until a week later after it was in my account balance and I could try the deposit again, if I had no other money to load my NS with. lol)

It happens to me all the time, its an easy fix takes 2 seconds. Go into your Netspend acct and take a look at your last load money look at the date and the amount of money you loaded. Example 1/9/2012 loaded $25.00. Now look at your last transaction it will say $24.99 nethelp.com or whatever. The money does not just fly out of your acct, a processor has to request it thru their server. Of course it will NEVER say slotsjungle casino. But it will say nethelp or whatever processor they used. Call the 1-800 number next to your transaction for this processor. Takes 2 seconds Hello this is my card number you took $24.99 out of my acct and it is not on my merchant acct. They say no problem you WILL have it back in your acct within 24 hrs. It NEVER fails, if you just sit there and wait for them to untangle it YES it will TAKE weeks. Also take note that slotsjungle processor charges a signature authorization fee of $1.00 in addition to your deposit $24.99, and they ALSO chg a International fee of another $1.00, SEE EXAMPLE below I have NOT PLAYED AT ALL TODAY THE 9th, But you see transactions for the 9th Monday. I have been at work just got home and these transactions are for when I played on FRIDAY!!!!!!! (see what I mean, days later) and this appears days later sometimes OVERdrawing your Netspend acct. This is for EVERY deposit you make with them. They get the deposit of $24.99 always pennies less then the actual $25.00, then they get a signature transaction fee $1.00 or more, they chg the next day or days later, then they charge an international fee of another $1.00.Keep in mind some ppl have to pay $3.95 just to load their cards with money, so these extra fees being charged after you play sucks, and days later so you wont notice.Monday, January 9, 2012Transaction HistoryAvailable Balance*: ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$)*Includes amounts subject to any holds. Unfortunately, what I think happened to you is IF......you Only loaded your card with $25.00 thinking that you would play with that, and you paid the $3.95 fee to load it they took your $25.00 and you got your receipt cant wait to get home and play.Well ALL of these Fees that ALL casinos charge DAYS later by their PROCESSORS - left your $25.00 balance you THOUGHT you had, down to $22.00 now after they deducted all of the International feesandSignature Purchase transaction fees. SEE EXAMPLE BELOW:01/01/2012 Credit: Cash Load Loads $30.00 $26.42 - I deposited $30.00 to play with and yes paid the $3.95 fee to load the money on my card, and got my receipt. But.............My card balance is ONLY $26.42 WHY?????????????, I know I loaded it for $30.00 and paid the money and fees it went thru just fine, I know all the casinos I have played at and LOST. That almost $4 difference is from the FEES the processors charge $1.00 Signature Transaaction fee, International Fee $1.00 days later being charged to your card after you have played and lost at your favorite casino, UNBENOUNCED(sp)lol to you.

Yes,  there are fees  when you make a deposit, but when I load my card the fee is 1.95, and what ever ammount I put on my card it is always the ammount I put on, not less   I had 26.85 when I made the deposit, so with the fees it probably was insuffient funds there. Then I tried to make the deposit for 21.00, and that  was declined also most likely because the 26.85 was gone from  my account because of the first deposit.  Hopefully it will be put back on my card like they said it would.

Hello, this has happened to me at SJ.  In one case it took quite a while to get my funds back.  I cannot remember how long actually.  I believe I saved the correspondence and the contact person.  So, if not resolved soon, and I can be of any help to you, just let me know.

I just spoke to Zachary at SJ and told him that my 25.00 has not yet been sent back to my NS account. He told me to sent a copy of my NS statement to the SG finance department and to contact NS and  they will know what to do. I really do not want to contact NS, as I am afraid that my account will be blocked, and what would I  say anyway. Can't tell them I made a depost at a Casino that didn't go through.

If you go to your NS acct under transaction history you can call the Processor NOT THE CASINO, the Processor who took your money and they will get it back to you in 24 hrs. Slotsjungle has MANY MANY Processors it uses and until they get the money they do NOT give a hoot about money supposedly coming to them, or someone tried to make a deposit. That is why I said yesterday, if you go to your acct history it will tell you xyz.com $25.00 EVEN though this was to Slotsjungle casino the processor for your transaction is xyz.com they have a phone number on your transaction by the $25.00. CALL THEMIt takes 2 seconds this is my card you took my money and my merchant did not receive it, YOU ARE THE PROCESSOR for my MERCHANT, (slotsjunglecasino) and they did not get it. THEY (Processor) will Immediately if not sooner call the Casino and verify did you not receive, the $25.00, if they say no then they return it, to NS a.s.a.p.These calls are considered CHARGEBACKS and they take these seriously, the Processors. The casinos act promptly, because they know this money will be credited back to your card and they do NOT enjoy these calls at all, so when the casinos get these calls from their processors ie missing money the casinos act promptly. Like I said before you will wait the waiting game unless you take your OWN action by calling the processor on your acct history.Good Luck

See below the results of contacting the Processor, they Processor contacts the Casino, and the Casino contacts me, WITHIN 24HRS.Dear Scobee Doo,I trust this mail finds you well.It has come to our attention that there were some connection issues with one of our processors in the last 24 hours. This has meant that in some cases deposits were requested but no reply received from them. The request thus timed out.In most cases the transaction simply did not complete however in a few instances the transaction was successful. However although the funds were deducted from clients card they did not credit in their casino account. We have located such a instance on your account. This was as follows:12345678 Scoobie Doo XYZ.COM XXXXXX Service error. CR 25.00 INTERNET 12/15/2011 4:52:52 PMThe descriptor on your statement will be: Scooby Doo 1-Scooby DooThe amount will also most likely show as a few cents less. Please accept our apologies for this error, this was something out of our control. We have manually applied these missing funds to your account for you.Apologies once again.Regards,CSR LynniNetBet Accounts-- Edited by Mben on Wednesday 11th of January 2012 11:26:53 AM

That's what I had said earlier too, lucky8's. Also, your posts are being edited. We are taking out the merchant descriptors. Even though we are so close for online gambling to become legal in the US (it's not illegal actually under the Wire Act), it is illegal for banks to allow transactions to be conducted for online gambling still (under the UIGEA). We have been contacteed by casino reps in the past asking us to delete out descriptors because they popped up during internet searches. The reason for this post in the contest room. https://www.nodepositforum.com/t36004818/urgent-please-read-before-entering-any-contest-urgent/You are definately helping by posting your fix and I know you will understand why we have to edit.

I spoke with live chat there again today and  now they said I do not need to do anything that the money should be back in my account in a few days and if it is not, go back to live chat and they will send the issue to the finance department. So I will see what happens.

In my case above inetbet is the Merchant and they did manually, as they say above, put the funds in my account for me. Of course this was after I AGAIN contacted the PROCESSOR from looking at my Acct History on my Netspend Acct and called the 800- number next to the Processor who TOOK the money out of my account, and the call took 2 seconds and the Processor DID INDEED contact the MERCHANT Inetbet Casino) and the Merchant, as you can see above, manually put it in my acct.

Oh and Mben I do understand about the editing, actually i did ALOT of editing myself i missed that one I usually catch things before I post, so thanks for the edit. What I don't understand is WHY not call the Processor, that you get from your Netspend - account history? That is what chat meant, in nickidogs post send your acct history from Netspend to our Finance dept!!!! What do you think they are going to look at, the PROCESSOR who took the $25.00 and then #2 what do you think they will do after they see who the Processor is and see the 800 number next to the transaction. Call them. They will also look at your NS acct, and see if you played at ANOTHER CASINO before making your deposit at slotsjungle, the casinos all know which Processors they use, they will recognize if it is NOT their Processor. (If this is the case?) But they will also get to see all your transactions from your statement, if you call Netspend like chat stated above DUH, would not do this, they will Block your NS acct for gambling online. Good LuckAnyone reading these posts #1 - If this ever happens to you Call the processor from your NS acct it will be the last transaction on your acct, and you will have your money, by now. They have returned my funds in 24 hrs, my family had their funds returned in 24 hrs, my friends, my fellow players. Not magic, nothing special. Calling the Processor starts the ball rolling. Processor - Is who is processing your transaction, after you make your deposit.Merchant - Is the Casino who your are making your deposit at.

Maybe the number in the descriptor off of your statement is a dummy number. I would just wait now and not waste your time calling. If the number had worked, then all would have been ok but since it's not, wait 3 more days (you posted 4 days ago) for the $$ to be placed back in your NS balance. It'll show up.

Just checked my NS account and the money has been returned to my account. Took one week, so all is well.Still waiting for my withdrawal from Rushmore. They keep telling me the same thing now for over 2 weeks. Checked with processor and it was sent out, you should have received it by now or if not will in a few days. Don't know what else I can do.
