A couple of days ago I went to live help at GRAND MONDIAL casino and checked my loyalty points again. I have had over 4000 points for ages and now I was up to 4650 points. When you get 5000 points you can claim  $5 chip. anyhow I asked their wonderful live help if they please could higher my points to 5000 since my money for this month is zero in my credit card. Im a rather frequent depositer at grand mondial (former Grand Monaco casino). To my plesent surprise - after calculating all of my comp points once more and they where 100% correct - they still granted me the last points to 5000.
