Hi, i was credit with the £20 (thanks very much)I played through multiple slots... roughly 60-100c spins,I hit a nice bonus on Hitman Slot, balance was on £124 I have cashed £100 out via Bank Transfer, it has been one week since i cashed outNo money has been recieved, has anyone managed to cash out from the free chip? Let me knowthankspaul monk

 Have you been in touch with live chat about your withdrawl? What are they saying? As I live in the US I cant play at Casino Creed so I am unfamilar with how long it may take to receive your winnings.Go to live chat, and I bet they can give you an update. :roll:                                                                               Pam

There is no live chat feature, i have emailed support asking for an update, they told me it is being processed but if it takes this long to process to my bank, why would i want to deposit, i dont like waiting over 7 days for a deposit.

Hi again, i have been trying to get hold of someone at Casino Creed but they seem to be ignoring my messages, or just taking very very long to reply, Ok, so i made a withdrawal of £100 just over a week ago, I have a Basic Halifax Bank account and shouldn't be a problem in any money being transferred into there...PMM, if you could get hold of one of your reps and let him know whats going on, incase you need it my username is mistamonk(premiershipboy2003@live.co.uk)thanks

I have given my account number and sort code, there is not much more i can give.....The bank doesn't have a specific address as i have opened the account online, and everytime i contact support they hardly ever seem to get back to me...This is turning into a right joke, i'm starting to think they will not pay me, and all this trouble for £100, i just cashed out £140 from a UK based casino website, money took 1 day to go through, these people are taking me for a fool.

if the bank doesn';t have a physical address , then I would be wondering WHERE I SENT MY MONEY? lol They have to have one , especially if they are regulated in any fashion, get it and send it to creed. Creed will pay and ther are no complaints on them otherwise.

Well originally, when making the withdrawal i did put the address of the banks main building, but shouldn't the money be sent to my account, not the banks address?Like i mentioned, my account was opened online and therefore i don't have a main address but it seems that the address i previously put didn't help, i have sent numerous e-mails to support, each time they reply by telling me they are looking into the situation, their live casino is currently down which is making me think....
