Seems like we have several angry members who had previous played at Club World Casino or their sister casinos! I didn't try to claim the Free Spins because they closed or blocked my account several years ago to no fault of my own! I had made a couple of deposits the previous week and went to make another one but it said it was denied. I spoke to support and they said to try it again. So I did. I received the same message. I went to look at my pre-paid card account and it showed that both transactions had already been removed from my balance. I went back to support and they wanted to argue with me saying the transactions had not went through. I told them I had proof and I emailed it to them immediately. After a few days I still had not heard anything so I contacted them once again. Finally, after a week I received my money paid back to my card. I decided to give them another chance and make a deposit and that's when I found my account had been blocked. I never asked why or spoke to them regarding my account. I just figured their loss.....defiantly not mine! "
For all of you that said you were angry and wouldn't play there again just know there are so many casino choices now a days. Don't ever settle for one that you feel mistreats you.
