i wrote a book and i would like to know if any1 knows how to get a copywrite and where to submit it for consideration thanks guys

I dont know about the submitting part - but i told cat034 last night in chat -If you have written something and would like to protect it with a copyright, you can do what is known as a poor mans copy right It will completely hold up in court though-Mail a COPY  of whatever it is to yourself  REGISTERED US POSTAL MAIL Make sure you have to sign for it- once you get it throw it in the safe or a drawer and NEVER OPEN IT !!I anyone ever wanted to dispute your ownership rights the UN OPENED   copy with the dated postmark that you had to sign for  will prove you had it first
