I was not able to redeem the code so it might be for depositors only?? Also, after going through the update, I launched Sloto with no message from my anti-virus. I tried iNetBet just to see if all RTG's were fixed and after going through the same thing with a threat message and an update, no virus message for iNetBet now.Hopefully this latest push takes care of all RTG's as it should!

worked for me too and my avast is not picking anything up anymore. 5$ chip didn't last long and its my opinion that slotocash is cheap. they could at least come up with 20 like some of the others do......this is for slotocash

On my laptop (vista), I was still having problems installing RTG's even after this last update from RTG. So I disabled my anti virus (has a feature to disable it temporarily for 10 minutes) as a test and was able to get an RTG to install finally. Gotta test the desktop (xp) now. sashasmom, have you disabled your anti virus before attempting the installation? Not sure if it stalling at copying new files has anything to do with the anti virus though. My issue was that they installed but when they tried to launch at the end of installation, the anti virus flagged it and shut it down. It killed the .exe file for the casino. And by the way, I was able to claim the Sloto code finally and found that the code works at Desert Nights also.

I had the problem for awhile. The way I did it with AVAST was,there is an icon for avast on your status bar where your wireless icon is. I right clicked, clicked the disable all 8 shields for 10 mins and then loaded the casino. I made sure all internet windows were closed while doing this. Then once I was up and going on the casino, I enabled the 8 shields and casino kept going. If you forget to enable it it will automatically enable your antivirus in 10 mins. Not telling people to disable their antivirus because it can be dangerous but this is how I fixed my non gambling issue, lol.
