USA PLAYERS - Which is your preferred funding method?

As a US player, it can be tricky trying to fund our casino accounts.  Withdrawing can be even trickier.  So, for those of you that are US players also, which method works best for you?NO need to post a reply - just cast your VOTE!  THANKS

I prefer to use my visa to depo and quicktender to withdraw

Me same as above except I use a Netspend CC instead.  Quicktender is much faster to withdraw then any other method I found.

I normally use NetSpend Visa to do my deposits....howver I do useQT quite a bit.
