Disappearing Deposit at Crazy Luck

    Hello,        I attempted to make a deposit at Crazy Luck Rival casino about 2 nights ago. It was taking forever for me to get a response on whether it went through or not. Finally it said that my deposit was declined and no money was added to my casino balance. I went to check my online bank statement (Netspend) and it said that the transaction had gone through and the money was deducted from my account. I told the guy at customer service at Crazy Luck what happend and he said that I need to take it up with my bank. How do I go about that when it's a gambling transaction? Should I just chalk it up as a loss or what? Thanks for any responses! My casino ID is: steif3                  Thank you,                                 steif3

    steif, that has happened to me at other casinos with NetSpend. What you have to do is wait until the money comes back to your card, usually up to 7 days. It will come back if the merchant (the casino in this case) doesn't go and get the $$ from your card. I hope that makes sense and I know it's probably not what you wanted to hear. It usually happened to me when that was all the $$ I had to play with at that moment and waiting for it to come back into my NS account balance sucked. :(

    Thanks for your reply Mben. This happened to me once before at Inetbet and, the money never showed back up on my card or in my casino account and, I just let it go. It just really pxxxed me off that it happened this time again because, that was the only money I had left on my card. I'll wait the 7 days and see what happens. I'm not holding my breath though.     You're welcome, steif. That's weird the money showed up on your card from iNetbet. Let's hope this one does. Mine always showed up after the transaction expired.

     Mine too Mben.  A transaction has appx 3 days to clear or complete.  Once the 3 days are over, it either is completed to the merchant, or expired, and put back on the card.Let us know steif3 how it goes for you.                                                                               Pam

    Correction ... I meant to say That's weird the money DIDN'T show up on your card from iNetbet.
