i am username dylquesne, i had $2000 to be withdrawn from winpalace. they divided the payments into four $500 payments, i withdrew the first $500 on the 27th of march. on april 8th, i got an email from adrianna vandekamp. it said they were having problems with international transfers. i had just asked connor if they were still having problems with internatonal transfers, because adrianna didn't respond to my email asking if they could mail a check if they are having problems with international transfers. the chat abruptly ended, and whenever i tried to get back into chat - i waited and waited, and it said you currently are not in chat'. they don't seem to want to talk to me or explain what is happening. whether they are having problems with international wires like adrianna said, or - like sam said - whether the money has been sent and requires 10 business days to reach my bank.i am expecting two $500 deposits, i have been expecing them since the 27th. adrianna doesn't answer me when i ask for the check to be sent to me as a way to get around the problems with internatinoal transfers, sam tells me that the money hasn't reached my account because it hasn't been 10 days...though it had been 9. i don't know if it's not coming to me because they are having problems with wire transfers, and now they are not accepting my chat. please help.

Sorry to hear that. I am having my own issues with Win Palace as you can see on my thread.That's not good to hear that you are having issues with cash-outs.An international wire should only take 2 business days to hit your account.
Hi dylquesne,The rep says to look for your wire on Thursday of this week. They were/are having problems with their int'l wire transfers but says that you should see your wire Thursday finally. okay, i will let you know if it is here by thursday. i had two withdrawals for $500 each approved. since they were taking so long to get to me, i went and gambled away the leftover $500 in my account...as well as the $500 that was waiting to be approved. so i should be getting two $500 amounts wired to my bank. and i will let you know if they get there. thank you for your help.

Mben, I received an email on April 7 telling me of the problem and that there would be up to a two week delay. This is the 2nd time I've cashed out and I've had to follow up on each. I do enjoy playing there, but I don't care for the slow payouts and excuses. The first time I gave back 500 - no more of that, LOL.
I think they are being honest with their winners because of their heads up about the wire problems that they are relaying to you and from what the rep told me. Hang in there and don't you ever give your winnings back! Ever, ever, ever! lol (yeah, easy for me to say! lol)

mben is right about giving winnings away. I have learned my lesson from pissing away lots of money in January. I have run this new total up good. Since I have done so, I will only try to win $500/7 per day since that is all they will pay. If they keep paying just this, and I limit my play to win this much, i can set myself up for a nice small annuity of $500 every week or two weeks. Better than losing, that's for sure.

I just received an email saying that I should received the wire in 2-3 days, if not already.Mben/JackD - yep, I learned my lesson after that first time. I wanted to kick my own behind (several times) after that! So now, I wait on the withdrawal and play for fun. When I play for fun, I bet $100 at a time, LOL. I'm play money rich.

Glad you learned your lesson (the hard way like me). With how long it is going to take to process my withdrawals at Win Palace, I am going to have a lot of play for fun until they finish.
well, i could not spend either $500 withdrawal because they had been approved and i could not cancel them. but it is thursday and past 5pm, and i have not gotten one of the two $500 withdrawals yet. the first one was approved on the 27th, the second one on april 4th. i had changed to lucky red/high noon because i can transfer my winnings to okpay and either get a debit card or have funds wired to my bank in a few days, but they don't use okpay after i used it to send half of a huge win. winpalace, though, has not sent a wire transfer for either $500 withdrawal...please see that it is sent. maybe also let me know which rtg casinos use okpay for withdrawal, if you could. i like the casinos with games like outta this world, emerald garden, big shot, count spectacular . dylan

I play on Lucky Red, and Aladdin. I made a 4000 hit on Aladdin last thursday. They processed wire transfer the next day and money was in my account today. Unless Win Palace improves, I am done with them once I fully cash out.

My request for a 3,000 withdrawal from WP that took 2 weeks to be approved for $500 was sent to my account for $473.02 today minus the $7 fee my bank charged for an international wire. So I only got 93% of my withdrawal. I also e-mailed them to ask if they have a schedule to pay me. They said no.

I had e-mailed them and asked me if my $3,000 payout is being put on a specific plan. They said no, we will send you what we want when we want it.I have learned my lesson another way. I had accumulated a lot of comps over the last three weeks. I cashed them out last Wed. one day before they shut me off from comps again. hopefully dylqusne and aggie will get their money (and me the rest of my money) soon. I will start nagging them again Wed. for the next payment.

Needless to say, I will not deposit there until they finish all my cashouts. Unless they get their act together by then, I will not play anymore there after my cashouts are finished.
