it has been over a month since i have been able to deposit at cleos and no one can figure out why

and aparently they are still having problems with the processors because it has been over 3 weeks since i have been able to make a deposit and that is what they are saying is the problem i can see them saying that if i was making a cash out but i am trying to make a deposit
