I got an email yesterday from thebes and one from casino moons today that my account had been credited $10 went to bo nothing in my accounts."

I wonder why they would send you an email and not credit your account?? If you are a depositor, I would be calling them. If you are not, then you may not have a leg to stand on unless your a go getter and really, really want that chip.

I got the same email. Checked my account had a zero balance.while I was there I checked the cashier and got the same message as before, it is not possible for you to deposit at this time .

Yea I got same email talkjed to support here my email back:I received an email today at 4:31pm stating my account had been credited with $10, but was not there. So I talk to online chat support and here is what they said:   Kyra 20:14:11I'm afraid we are not offering free chips at the moment but if you reply to the email address (specifically the address) it was sent from they will be happy to answer your questions. the way i see it, they must not really, really want my business or confidence!   live chat told me that no free chips were given today, when in fact there were!They would  rather than lie than honor a measly $10 chip!! They sent me a personalized email!  and then denied some accounts got credited!!  So i have to ask, what's to stop them from doing the same with a deposit????                             oh sorry that bonus offer we emailed you... no can do...                     we're not honoring those bonuses today.  Thanks for using live chat But I know what you mean about not having a leg to stand on, Mben

I just called 7Spins to ask whether or not a depositor at 7Spins should be entitled to what was offered in the email from Casino Moons. Here's my answer I got and the support sounded like he has received calls about this already. He was stern with his reply that the email was sent out to players who have received a free chip from Casino Moons in the past and the email was a confirmation of that. The email was not an email saying come get your free chip now. I told him that in my case, I received an email today, I received a free $10 in my account AND I have received a free chip in the past and have played it. (This was not in my account 2 days ago when I checked, trust me on that) So with what customer support to me I get the feeling the email went out not worded correctly or it went out to too many players and that not what they wanted. I don't know, but someone screwed up and the casino is pedaling backwards. This is totally my opinion. I do not know if this is the case . You all need to use your own judgement on this one. Whether you will deposit at the sister casinos or not.

Everytime I get a free chip I get an email with it. I acutally think I still have the last email from the free $10 chip so either this email went out by accident or they forgot to credit my account. I emailed both thebes and casino moons with the email they sent me I'll let yas know what they said when I hear back from them. "

Guys I talked to a live chat, she said they did credited us with the $10 (did they?) on the 23rd, is just the confirmation email was sent a week later and she was sorry for the misunderstanding. :(

in my opinion like tops play the freebies deposit have fun me personaly dont want free chips or anything from them infact i dont know why but everytime i turn around my login infos being erased never cared to write down my password or username if things get better good if not oh well gl to all who gets it

I forgot that part of my conversation with the CS rep. He did say it was for a chip that was sent out on the 23rd. So, for the ones who did not receive it when you received this email, do you remember playing a free $10 on the 23rd?  I went and checked the Top Game forum and found some posts for Rich Casino and Thebes casino which are sister sites to Casino Moons and this is what I found. 12 days ago $5 from Casino Moons (which is what I found in my account 12 days ago and now this current free $10) 12 days ago $10 from Rich Casino 6 days ago $5 from Thebes Casino No where on the 23rd of May is there a post about $10 free from Casino Moons. If a member of the forum would have received an email or found the free $10 in their account, I know for a fact it would have been posted then. Someone screwed up royally at Casino Moons! (IMO)

Ever since Ive deposited at casino moons they stopped giving me free chips even 7spins stop sending them. But my girlfriend gets them all the time and she has never deposited. I hate when casinos do that. You would think that if i deposited they would give me larger free chips not stop giving them....I talked to chat and he said something like If I deposit more i will get more free chips. I said he was full of shit cause non depositors are getting them all the time. I wish i would have saved that chat..... IM DONE VENTING!!!!                          THE POCKETNUT
