I have had the same problem with other vegas tech casinos...it tells me that it is not available for residents of kentucky...and I don't live anywhere near kentucky...you have to find a direct download... that will solve the problem...I have looked for one...but I think that this casino is too new...if anyone happens to find one please let all of us know...

Downloaded last night around 10 pm...contacted support...did the click on cashier thing for them...said will be credited if eligable within 24 hours...17 hours later and still nothing in my account, LOL"
I've never had luck receiving any free ND from any of the casinos within this casino group."

Here's an update about the email issue................not much of an update but at least we are in contact with someone!Hi Michele,I'll have a confirmation about the emails tomorrow... I'll let you know theanswers I get.

I've also been waitng over 24 hours, but the last time I talked to support they said it might take 24-48 hours to get credited. So I'll wait just a little bit longer.

Anyone else find this troubling, they say you have multiply accounts but they are still trying to get you to deposit ?,what happened to only one account per email address, computer, household and IP address etc if you did deposit they could close your account without paying,From there T&Cs<q>The Company reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. I use a broadband wireless service that I got for my laptop but use it on my desktop also.My IP address comes out of San Diego, CA and I live in Arizona.
