I didn't know players palace was part with casino share and grand mondial...but i didn't get the free 5 because i deposited at both casino's, casino share and grand mondial. support said only inactive players get the bonus.

i got the e-mail for both, but it wasn't in my grand mondial account so i went to live chat. She credited the $5 but it turned out to be $10!!!! so go check ... good luck

got 5 at CS via live support (very friendly and prompt) then tried GM and basically told me to piss off and I had NO bonuses what so ever there, so TY- CS and FU- GM.
