When you get upgraded to vip, and send in your documents you get a $20 freebie, if you've done this you should as live chat for it, and when I get those promo emails if they don't seem vip like send an email to sean at vipmanager@gowildcasino.com explaining you don't feel as though the promo is vip like and he will set you up with something great he does it for me all the time.
