I have withdrawn from both CrazyLuck and WinBig21. It isn't easy to get your money. It has taken me over a month to get my withdrawal from WinBig, but I finally got it thanks to help from this forum. Now still waiting on half of my withdrawal from CrazyLuck, and it is over a month now also. Great slots, easy to win on. However, terrible waits on payouts and the runaround from customer service.
