I am a regular depositor at Bet Phoenix and have been able to cash out a couple of times. On the times that I have no luck, all I do is contact live chat, request a second chance chip and they always reimnurse back to me 50 of my last deposit.....so I am not really sure why you guys are waiting until Wednesdays to receive yours.......
