@vnboy! vnboy, nikkidog had the same issue last week where she was given a $50 chip and they called it a loyalty chip and came with 2 times max cashout. So of course, she ends up totally confused. I don't think it was because of lack sleep for her. So maybe that's not what's causing your confusion. Maybe it's the casino? LOLLet me talk to Nicolas about the consistency of the crediting AND possibly entering the credit in as CASHBACK and not call it loyalty so when a player has a question about a chip they find, they (the player and the customer support) know what it is exactly.Anyone else have an opinion or two about keeping BP cashback?

sorry that came out wrong.... what i meant to say is.. i thought you implied that the chips i received this morning could possibly be the credits from the cashback but its was just mislabel as a loyalty chip. i know that Kristen didnt received anything yet.  what i was trying point out is....those chips cant  be the cashback because if it  is , then Kristen  would of gotten something in the morning also. Sorry for the confusion.yea..... Yeah, I got myself confused too after I re read what you wrote and what I wrote vnboy. nikkidog got hers last week but support said (at first) it was a loyalty chip and Nicolas said it was cashback.
