BINGO HALL (bingohall.ag) are they legit with withdrawals?

Is BingoHall.ag legit? I have read shady withdrawal practices when I goggled them and I jsut requested my first payout.

I made 2 deposits at bingohall.ag, played out bonus requirements and won $1000 on video poker. I checked with the CHAT REP Edgar confirming that i reached the wagering requirements as a bonus was automatically added to my deposit.

I emailed them all the required docs and it was a hassle, one thing after another but finally all are approved according to Edgar.

I did a paper check because there was no bank wire option except ECHECK which I am not familiar with.

Edgar said I would receive my check in 12 days or less....I asked business days? And he replied that Saturdays and Sundays are included in the 12-days. This I found a tad odd but whatever.

ANY ONE HAD GOOD OR BAD EXPERIENCES WITH BINGOHALL.AG???

Thanks in advance.....

I don't play at bingo halls so I don't have any experience with cashouts at any.

But I can tell you that we endorse Bingo Hall. If you have any problems with your withdrawal that the rep and I can get you information about (as long as all conditions are met according to their T's and C's), just ask.

I specially asked Edgar the entire time if successfully I completed the bonus wagering requirements in the T&C and he walked me through the entire withdrawal process. The rep Edgar also went over the required documents, he made me re-due a few things but at the end all was verified and accepted.

He told me to withdraw via bank-wire but there was option offered for this in the cashier. He told me to send a VOIDED blank check but I did not know why a voided blank check was necessary, as most casinos just need your account number and routing number. So he told me withdraw via paper check, and that I would receive the check in 12=days or less.

@Mben See when goggled Bingo Hall reviews the number of complaints about withdrawals that came up was astounding. Complaint after complaint about Bingo Hall giving then the runaround when it came to withdrawing their winnings. Hence why I am very nervous that Bingo Hall is one of the bad guys.

Guess we shall no soon if this is the case, or not.

@Mben I also copied and pasted the later half of my chat with Edgar that I would be happy to post or email it to you directly. I just fell that Bingo Hal might be slippery.

Yes, cross that bridge when you come to it, if there is a bridge to even cross.

For now, sit tight, follow your withdrawal and let me know if a problem comes up.

Has there been problems with payouts from BINGO HALL in the past that you have heard about?

Or have you always heard good things about BINGO HALL's withdrawal process?

Not that I can recall off the top of my head. I'd have to go through our cashout forum to see if any complaints were posted there. It doesn't mean there aren't any complaints (because there could be), it means I cannot recall.

And as far as good things about Bingo Hall, maybe.

My problem is that I know members have posted about bingo halls. I can't remember if they were about Bingo Hall specifically.

I'll look in a bit.

Thank you @Mben and I can also post what I found easily on Google because the complaints about payouts from BINGO HALL are not good and there are many....

I contacted the Live Chat today at BINGO HALL again to confirm all was in order and rep William said it will be reviewed on Monday. I said ok...and asked, you see that all the required forms were recieved and approved, correct?

William never replied and I waited about 15 minutes. Then he disconnected from chat. It is a tad concerned considering it took almost two hours and multiple emails resent over and over again for them to acknowledge my verification.

Also, at the time of withdrawal and after all my docs were in, I did ask Edgar to confirm what he said that by January 23, 2016 or earlier I would be getting a paper check from Bingo Hall. Edgar srepliedaid, that is correct.

Just do not have a good feeling about this at all. Maybe Bingo Hall will prove me wrong...

Luckychick, what is your login at Bingo Hall? You can PM it to me if you want.

I will send it to the rep and ask that they look into your withdrawal to make sure it's progressing smoothly.

I do not want this thread to turn into a flaming thread without anything to flame about as of yet. It is not fair to Bingo Hall.

I am not saying that I don't agree with your concerns about the disconnection from chat and the multiple emails though.

So far to me, it sounds like bad customer support, not an issue with a withdrawal.

Oh great!! My Bingo Hall username: luck1717.

Thank you and I look froward to hearing back

From what I have read online about Bingo Hall is they any find excuse to not payout players. I have read that they could ask from a landline phone bill, which is absurd considering. And they make stuff up along the way for weeks in hopes that a player will give up due to utter frustration. Bingo Hall has a lot to prove....

And thank you again!!

To be honest @Mben....I searched on this site and Bingo Hall is promoted on here all the time, which makes players believe it is a legit spot to play.

Yes, it is promoted on our forum and we do not promote casinos we feel are unsafe. If a pattern emerges where it appears they are not legit we will then stop promoting them like we do with all the other casinos that lost a place here on the forum. Until that happens your speculation is not enough for them to be removed nor are your google searches.

If a problem actually does arise with your cashout we will step in and advocate on your behalf to get to the bottom of it as we do with any player having a problem at a casino we promote. We ask that you wait patiently for it to play out though.

Thank you @Sookie and I see your point but don't you also question promoting a casino with a massive amount of complaints on Google on other forums, like BINGO HALL?

I should have done my due diligence better about BINGO HALL also, but in the future, maybe you all should be more conscious about what casinos you so promote on this site.

I will happily apologize right here on this forum if I do receive a check from BINGO HALL in 12-days or less (weekends included, as confirmed by Edgar). It would be a refreshing pleasure to actually be wrong for once in this situation.

Thank you for all your help.

You're welcome.

I have sent your login off. The rep is great about getting back to me rather quickly. I should hear from her tomorrow.

Thank you so much @Mben!!!

I saved the chat history with Edgar at Bingo Hall confirming that I had played through the bonus wagering requirement and that I was free request a payout once my required docs were in. And it shows that my required docs were all in and good at Bingo Hall.

Keeping my fingers crossed that they do not proceed the terrible reputation that is all over google.

I'm happy to tell you that your withdrawal was approved and the ETA on your winnings should be up to 5 business days.

Please let me know if it goes beyond that as I'm sure you will. ;)

Thank you @Mben BUT....in my BINGO HALL account half my winnings were posted back into my account and there is nothing saying that I have a withdrawal coming.

When I went to search under REPORTS - WITHDRAWALS this is what came up:

Order #
Date
Method
Amount
3406225 07/01/2016 DECLINED 1078.9
3406138 07/01/2016 CAN_FLOWBK 0.0

@Mben I had won $1078.90 and I requested to withdraw all of it so I had a $0 balance.

Now today....I logged in to my BINGO HALL, I have a balance of $578.90, which is half of my winnings and cannot see anything about an approved withdrawal anywhere.

Would you mind contacting the BINGO HALL rep again to ask about what is going on here, please??

Thank you soooo much for your help, I truly appreciate it!!!

I have asked her what's going on, luckychick. Hang tight. She's out of the office now until the morning. (different time zones)

Thank you @Mben. I actually got in touch with Randy on live chat and he said a check for $500 is in the mail to me and that because I am "basic" VIP status that is the most I can cash out and only once a month.

So guess we shall see if the check comes and is legit. I actually won another $250 playing one bingo game this afternoon. But cannot withdraw again until month of February. These rules seem awfully strict to me, but it is listed in the VIP section that this is how it goes.

Thanks so much for your help, again. And please let me know the reps response and I will keep you posted as well.

Maximum withdrawal limits are standard, and vary from site to site. It's usually per week but if they have it listed per month at this one then it is what it is. That is why it is up to the player to read all the T & C's even though most don't until they are trying to withdraw. I guilty of it myself. ;)

It is what it is....but once a month is strict and definitely not the norm.

I agreed. Nonetheless they do have that fact posted on their website as you yourself stated.

And now that info is readily available for other players here in this thread :D

Totally agree, as BINGO HALL has their terms right on the website for anyone to read.

I don't think I will become a regular with those tight payout rules, as I withdraw smaller a lot because I know that if you win $200-$300 it is better to grab it instead of play it away. And usually fast too.

So BINGO HALL's rules might hinder my game plan...as I do not know what it takes to get promoted but the next level has $500 max payout but can withdraw twice a month. Not such an upgrade worth playing at any casino, as image how long it would take to move up the 11-chain VIP ladder.
