Fortune lounge said they wouldnt do anything for b-day but add fortune points. and they didnt even do that. I recieved an email wishing a happy b-day, thats all. I even deposit w/ fortune lounge. but dont get me wrong im not complaining...... grrrrrr... hehetictickle... have you ever tried to ask customer support to clear your account of old bonuses so you can use others?
