Okay, I got my balance back up to a little over 1100., and took a break from play, and 5 minutes later I see they have done a "reverse deposit" in the amount of 1079 bux, leaving me with a measly 26.50 on my balance! I talked with live support and they said some weird crap and that the cash out was only 50 bux, and that I had to have at least 150 bux in my account to cash out anything. HAHAHAHAH. Now their onsite t & c's says that unless otherwise noted, max is 100 on a no deposit chip and a minimum deposit (25.) must be made. Once that is done, the 100. can be withdrawn and can play on the minimum deposit! Maybe you can be of help here Mben, it really sounds fishy to me. Well, the reps online live and at their phone number don't get the oncept of the chip is 100. cashable, they say that is a life and that I would need to put in 125 bux to be able to cash out thi 25 chip cause they took 1079 off my balance leaaving me with 26.60. In otherwords, I can end up with 100. if I put in 125. HAHAHAHAH
I would put deposits on hold till this rep gets it straight with the casino or vice versa. I sure am not going to depoist anything till it gets fixed.

Ok so I received a reply. From two different reps from BoVegas.

Unfortunately, the first rep misinformed us about the max cashout. It is only 2 times the bonus and not 4.

Here is what the second rep said as to what happened to your balance. "The players balance was cut to $50 according to the bonus terms. The player played it down a bit till $25,60. Unfortunately there is not much I can do at the moment."

So my question to him was basically what you said above, ashian, that if you played the $26.60 up to $50, you'd have to deposit $100 so you could cashout the minimum of $100 and have $50 to cover the fees. Now there is a chance you hit with your $100 and the bonus win of $50 could be looked at your fee coverage, but in reality, if you want any part of this bonus' winnings, you have to put in more than you will actually get as far as the bonus winnings. I'll see if the rep agrees with me. And if so, there is really nothing more that can be done to help other than you depositing. Well other than me asking for a new signup bonus for our members with better terms.
