I accomplished it the bonus requirements. On my account the promotion it figured in details, that
February 19 end.
I February 18 I accomplished it the bonus requirements. This the chat I asked it repeatedly February
on 18, it was said there that I should pay in 25€ and I know it afterwards then to subtract my prize.
I deposit and I withdrawal.
This was rejected on the grounds that the promotion is February 17 understand an end.
That's interesting, because the chat it was not said February on 18, that the promotion expired
already.

Your promotion had expired and when that happened, you forfeited your winnings. You have a history of bonus abuse with Rival also. I hate to say it like that but there are a lot of players who abuse bonuses, me included. And when abuse comes into play, the casinos have the final say. At this point, I'd not pursue trying to get paid from this promotion.
