This PROMO IS NOT OVER The person you apoke too just head their head up there a@#$ and didn'ty wanna do their job If I were you I would keep that chat and then get on phone or live help ask to speak to the manager on duty and then when they get to you tell them you want to speak to their manager and tell them the person you spoke to was extremely rude and gave you completely totally false information and then forward the email of that chat record directly to whoever you spoke too thats theonly thing that works in regards to Casino Support getting better and making sure you get proper support cause if you dont say nuthin when that type of stuff goes down then the person that did it doesn't get in trouble and or they never have it brought to their attention that the customer's they are speaking too are feeling like theyare being so it doesnt get fixed. I have the same problem with CasinoUS support on a very very regular basis and that is ehat I do every time and I end up getting a few free spins or something for having bad info and poor support just thought you should know~!

The spins were not random the 10 spins on break da bank were for the big 5 promo this week "
If you have more than 1 acct at the vegas partner lounge sites they might have been credited to an acct besides the Casino US one or whichever you think they would go into last week mine went into my old arthurian acct which was locked when US gambling laws started but low and behold they were in that acct and not my regularly active casino us one??"

Thanks str8lagger...I thought it weird too that the promo ended, but just thought I would post this cuz I never had ever encountered a rude support in my life of playing online.

No probs you should see some of the horror chats I have had with Vegas Partner lounge support roflmao I just finished ending a support query I had with them earlier this month that I had originally started in get This May TOOK THEM 3 Months to resolve it lol"
Theyare the only support staff I hhave spoke too that are rude like that also you are not alone!"

Dont get me wrong some of Vegas Partner's support staff is Really Good but some as you experienced are lackluster at best!"
