Ok this just isn't right at all. I get an email today for the Countdown to Xmas promo. When you log into casino us the advent calendar is not clickable so you don't know what the promo is for that day. Well in the email they sent it says 15% extra on all deposits and 10 free credits to play with. I go to live help and they asked where i heard about this promotion, i was like ummm you sent it to me. They had me forward the email to them as they didn't believe me. Well guess what no reply as of yet. And now when i load casino us the calendar is updated with guess what? NOT the same promotion they send me. Now it says deposit $75.00 and get 25 free. I feel this is not right at all they need to honor the emails they sent out. Thats what i thought until i went back to live help again, the second time for today. At first she told me that they changed the promotion for today, i said ummm hello you cant do that especially for poor people like me lmao."
