From my understanding, wagering with freechips do not count towards comp points at any Rival casino.At the beginning, when Vegas Regal first opened, my freechip wagering did in fact accrue comp points...but no longer.

but i cant answer why ....i think thats just up to each casino to decide whether or not to do.
