Cleos sent me a Christmas gift!

Happy Holidays everyone!I came home this morning after taking my son to the orthodontist and had a package waiting at the door from FedEx. I opened it and it was a travel coffee mug from Cleos Vip Room, plus a bonus code for $20.I blew through the $20 in about 3 minutes but the coffee cup is pretty nice! I'm kind of shocked since I didn't ask for it and I never did receive an order I made with my Virtual Spree credits several months ago. But I'm not complaining, I thought that was pretty cool and wanted to share. Did anyone else get one?

Can I ask if you are a light or heavy depositor? I guess light for me would be $20 - $100 a month and any more over would be heavy. Ok, ok ... no one needs to laugh at what I think is heavy for a month of deposits.

Impressive that you all got the mug and the coupon. I guess my time with Cleos is over I deposit about $100 - 140 per month. Never have I received any chips or anything in my account. So after about three months of never getting anywhere at their casino I have deleted it from my pc and will probably not go back. It just seems as if since i received the $1000 in November I can get no where with their software. The slots just roll on and on for 15 to 20 times before I win anything. Very depressive...I don't find this any fun at all. And i do bet at least $1.00 everytime. Before the winning I would be able to get a nice return about every 6 - 7 spins...what happened i don't know. But most of the on-line casinos do that on my pc so I will just take the hint and give up. But good luck to all of you I hope you win big!!!!

I wonder if yours may be coming still, Laupat. I saw that people were thanking them a few days ago on Cleos Facebook page and it's taken this long for some of us to get ours. And I wonder if any other player at any online casino has experienced the same as you ... you have a cashout and then the casino takes a nose dive for you.

I actually deleted them from my computer after the whole VS order fiasco, and when I kept seeing complaints about people not getting their withdrawals anymore I decided not to give them any more money. The reason why I asked was because I know casinos cater to their high rollers and give them nice gifts or send them on vacations, etc. So when some players get gifts or are able to claim free bonuses, I try and figure out the the criteria on who would get what and why.Cleos should send ALL depositing players the mug I think. Whether it be one made in the past and never again. That would be a nice way for them to lure them back. lol

Fedex delivered me a wrong package today, so I figured they would turn around and bring me Cleo's package because I never get anything from Fedex. They did come back with the package from Cleo's. I think I have already used this code, is it not a new code for the $20? Or just a late Christmas code.

I think it's just a late Christmas code. I hadn't used it yet because I didn't know about it. But others are saying that they had the code already and used it.

Hey I got that mug today! January 10th...wow was I surprised!  I have already used that code so I am sure it's of no use but it was nice getting the mug.  Our weather probably was a big factor in why I didn't get it sooner.  This week we had 11 to 12 inches of snow and the road were frozen with our temps of -15 below with a windchill of -41 below!!!  But now it's it a balmy 40 degrees!  Feels good now..hope everyone is keeping warm...

A late HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone! I also received a mug w/no deposit code that I had already used. I have also deposited recently, very small amount, just in case , and if I win that would be great, but not counting on it. Still love their games but will use new system of small deposits so I don't get disappointed or mad, after all this is suppose to be FUN!  PS. Finally received my shipment from my spree credits. Hope everyone received their items as well.
