Club USA Casino big win stolen from me

Was playing at Club USA casino on the crazy vegas slot when i hit the big bonus round.  At the end of the bonus the screen said i won $2500 then all of a sudden the screen flickered and switched to $25.  $2475 stolen from me.  Contact one of their managers and was told it was being looked into and haven't heard anything in 4 days now.

Same thing happened to my step-daughter at VIP Lounge! She didn't know she couldn't create an account on my 'puter, but she did; redeemed a free chip and was playing, and WINNING, when all of a sudden her balance went from over $600 to $84! Here is the transcripts from her chat with live chat:"

Thanks for sharing this with us,I am sorry that your daughter had to learn the hard way!I hope that a lot of the new members read this and learn from this!!!!The bottom line is to always read the fine print!!!

I've decided I am going to check in to live chat every time I deposit to make sure my account with that particular casino and her 'sisters' is in good order just in case. Then I'll have them send me copy of chat for future reference. I think its become open season on US players again. Also, using one of the wallets instead of a CC gets you a little better treatment it seems to me. Hang in there.

Felice,what a great idea, that is a good way to catch them if they are going to play dirty !!!
