Congrats shkpvl! You do not have to speak to live chat to withdrawal.Some casinos do ask that you make a deposit before withdrawing so they know who you are. In most cases, you are able to withdraw the deposit along with your money won off the free chip. I would initiate the cashout and then go with the instrucstion from the emails you receive from their finance department. I don't know if Lucky Red requires a deposit first.
