I don't know if I will try to download this or not.  I used your link to download and register at Rockbet earlier this spring.  I made the play through, sent in my validation papers, then made the required minimum deposit via quicktender.  My cashout went through without a problem.  A few weeks later in June I emailed them many times and asked for a birthday bonus, (which the website says all depositing player's will qualify for), and never received an email response!!  Live support wouldn't even consider it, saying I would be notified by the promo dept. if I was going to get the bonus. Now I've been told that I can't receive ANY kind of bonus there because of bonus abuse!!??  Why in the hell did they slap that on my account when I just collected the free sign-up bonus??  When I made the required deposit in order to validate my account I didn't even use the deposit match bonus I was offered!!  I decided I wasn't going to ever deposit there again because they didn't honor their website promo for the birthday bonus for depositing players!!  I have some other Rival accounts, but have never tried to cash-out from any of them, even though I'm pretty sure I have made the wager requirements.  I'm concerned about depositing at any Rival Casino's now.
