Does anyone know anything about "Players Reward Cards"?

Hey, does anyone know anything the "Player Reward Card"? I got 2 of them in the mail about a year or so ago, 1 black and 1 blue (one for you and one for a friend) that had $100 on it that could be deposited into a specific group of casinos and bingo sites (123 Bingo, Silver Oak, Club Player, etc.) I gave the "friends" card to my mom and she deposited into Club Player casino just today. The minimum withdrawal is $100 and currently her balance is $182.00 and she's wanting to take it of course (after paperwork is done for them) and we were wondering if anyone knew about that casino as far as withdrawals go or know anything about those cards as far as taking withdrawals after depositing with them.

Any info would be appreciated!
