Dear Duane,
Thank you for choosing Lincoln Casino.
This e-mail is to advise you that your pending withdrawal for US$ 3,000.00 via Check has been decline due to the following reason:
* The maximum bet allowed with an active bonus is US$10.
Maximum Bets: The maximum individual wager permitted using any portion of an active bonus is $2.00 on any single pay-line on any slot game and a maximum single wager of $10.00 on any game. Players placing wagers using any portion of an active bonus in excess of this maximum will forfeit any winnings earned from the session.
In checking your account, it was noted that multiple wagers were placed ranging from US$15 to US$30 which is over the maximum be allowed with an active bonus " PUMPKIN - 200% to $200 +100 Monster Money- Oct 24 -30".
As a result of this, your payouts have been declined and winnings of US$3116.00 has been confiscated , leaving your original deposit of US$ 38.00 to give you a chance to try again.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards,
Kelly

As you would expect that I'm very upset about my withdraw being declined, but not only after it was declined as I was logged in playing in buy in tourney with $5 rebuys and on my balance at that time was over 500 bucks, can you at least give me my 38 dollar deposit back with me knowing about it? Plz I didn't have any knowledge of what was happening until it was gone only cuz you did it without notice. If you look when I was logged in playing in tourney you will see what I'm talking about, first you decline my withdraw and then say you gv me my 38 back but while I was rebuying thinking I had more then enough funds over 500 it went to zero before I went back to home page, plz be fair and at least gv me my 38 back so I can continue to play and deposit here. Thx

I found out about that rule a couple years ago, but it was prior to losing any withdrawal. I always limit any of them on big bets until the bonus is gone on Miami, Lincoln and Liberty.
Intertops has that rule too, but it is PERMANENT on the entire wagering session with a bonus I believe.

I had a cashout at a Intertops Classic, and because it was a pretty hefty amount, I got nervous about it being declined. So I re-read the T's and C's and read what you posted above. I never wager $10+ on any game, but had to think what was my highest wager while playing a 3 reel slot. I figured out that I probably went up to $1.50 a spin. I had to think was the bonus still active, did I raise my bets after I made playthrough on the bonus, etc. I did get the cashout, and was pretty confident I would after all my thinking, but man, was it nerve wracking. So many T's & C's that must be followed to the 'T'.

Let us know if they give your $38 back. I have a feeling they, won't, but they may surprise you (us). I hope they do.

They claim they gave the 38 back, but I never knew because I was in buy in tourney at the time and had cash balance of over 600 then and while I was rebuying for 5 after a few times it said insufficient funds go to cashier, that's when I noticed all my cash was gone and after that I looked at my emails and got the news, I been trying to explain to them that I should get my 38 back since I had know way of knowing at that time, but they won't give it, and they don't even respond to my emails now, when I did get email from them , they ignore the fact what was happening and keep avoiding my situation.
