JTodd speaks to Gregory Brower about the pending appeal by the US Department of Justice in their lawsuit over the Wire Act. Mr Brower formerly worked as Legislative Counsel for the Justice Department, and also as a state senator in Nevada, a United States Attorney in the state of Nevada, and is a former member of the Nevada Assembly.
