Instagram names Foxwoods among 'most Instagrammed places in America'

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foxwoods Resort Casino has been awarded along with other major iconic landmarks such as the Grand Canyon, Times Square and Walt Disney World as the most Instagrammed location in their respective state, according to Instagram and reported by Time.com and USA Today.
Instagram, the preeminent photo-sharing site, had more than 400 million users worldwide, 100 million in the U.S. alone, to which users photographed, tagged and posted, sharing experiences and memories at their favorite places and events.
"To acknowledge and thank our fans for putting us in such notable company, Foxwoods Resort Casino is hosting a giveaway where five lucky winners will each receive an overnight stay plus $100 food and beverage credit," said Paul LaRocca, vice president of brand marketing at Foxwoods Resort Casino. "This achievement is attributed to our extraordinary resort casino and the team at Foxwoods as they have established powerful relationships with our social community."
All Foxwoods guests 21+ can enter simply by posting a photo to Instagram Tuesday, Dec. 22 through Sunday, Jan. 31, and including the hashtag #FunatFOX.
