I received an email 2 hrs ago from them, with the FREE7 code, i just now tried redeem and it states that is is expired...WHAT IS UP WITH THIS CASINO???? I have had some REALLY shady things take place on my new acct. I claimed their $50 ND bonus when i first signed up....i had that $50 up $650 + when i logged out....the following day i was having problems signing in to my acct. so i waited until the following day and when i logged in my balance was ZERO...it took about 4 e mails for someone to respond and when they did they said that they reviewed my acct. and I NEVER HAD ANY SUCH BALANCE!! they further insulted me by stating that i must of had them confused with another casino!!!! i think i know what casinos i play at and when...then it happened a SECOND TIME!!! players BEWARE!!

I can say that there was a couple glitches when I deposited and played. Customer service fixed the issues immediately after looking into the problem. They were upfront and honest with me, I appreciate that with a casino. For Nicolas to join and take on the position of affiliate manager we can all be reassured that this casino is or will be number one. I am very picky when it comes to depositing and giving my money to a casino, let alone a new one. I havent had the pleasure of cashing out yet but i did send in my verification forms and within one hour I received confirmation that they were approved, now that is service compared to others where I wait days and I have to call to see if they were received. Anyway this is my opinion with betphoenix casino and I hope everyone has a good experience like I have and cant wait till the chat party on Tuesday

in response to the zero balance did you try to go to the slot u wanted to play?whenever i claim a freebie it shows zero balance then i go to the slots and my money is there i guess u have to make playthrough for the front screen to show a balance. give this casino a chance i would say csr is great .sam is 1 contact contact him via phone maybe he can help
