I had contacted grande vegas about a memorial day freebie. Which by the way I have a limit a month on my deposit. That I had talked to them trying to increase. Well after I asked again tonight since I have not heard from them on this. The person on live chat said this was sent to the fraud department. I have followed all the rules. I made sure before I deposited that I had only one account. I asked them what I did wrong and they told me they couldn't tell me. Now this is getting weird. The only difference is with this rtg casino I made a cash out.
