Inetbet lack of support

I have been trying to get hold of support at Inetbet for the last 24 hours. All I wanted was my managers bonus to be credited promptly like it was last month. As a depositing player I believe they owe that to me but alas its not meant to be. I am sick and tired of email after email going unanswered from their support. Inetbet might be a reputable casino but their lack of prompt customer support has cost them a depositing player. Does anyone know of a credible RTG that treats their customers like we deserve to be treated?   INETBET =

I play at cherry red which i find to be good, except if you want somewhere that'll throw you a free chip every once in a while this not a place for that, very tight with the freebies. Also have heard good things about rushmore casino.

I totally agree!! I have been very frustrated with their lack of support lately too. Out of the casinos I play INET get's most of my money. I have not recieved the managers bonus in quite a few months without emailing and asking for it and then being told they'd look into it and then I don't get a reply. I also never get any promo or info mail from them and have queried this to no avail

Woke up this morning and Im locked out of my inetbet account!!! Can you believe this crap I have never cashed out of this casino and i deposit about $200 a month. So i send in several emails complaining that they dont email back promptly like they advertise and bam locked out. People inetbet might be reputable in that they do pay out mostly but they locked me out for sending 5 emails within 12 hours complaining about their slow customer service. Is this the kind of treatment we deserve? Inetbet will never see another penny from me again. FUKK INETBET!

the managers bonus is just a something a bit extra for playing, i dont expect it and neither should you, as for emailing and demanded it im not suprised your locked out

Just letting you all know that inetbet locked me out of my account and why? I emailed them 5 times in 12 hours because they dont respond timely. All i was wanting was my managers bonus credited (wich should have happened on the 10th) and i wake up this morning and im locked out so guess what......INETBET ARE CROOKS.....play at your own risk here these guys belong in the pit.....just letting you all know how they operate

Im not upset about the managers bonus I understand its an extra perk for depositing . Im upset that these idiots dont have a customer service dept that takes care of their players in a timely manner. I followed the directions on their site that clearly says if you dont hear back from them in an hour to email them again. So if you email them again they get upset and lock you out. And by the way i did not demand the bonus i was just inquiring about it. All im saying is i dont use coupons with them....i deposit $200 a month with them.....i just want timely customer service is that too much to ask??

They have an office that runs 9-5 that is in control of all account crediting, i suspect that you hit them inbetwen office hours. i have always been paid.

Well locking a depositor out is really too much, I cant believe it!You know, you can always go to www.casinomeister.com and make a post there about it or send a pm to the representative at Inetbet, since it is an accredited casino there...You have to read the rules first about posting... but if you feel really sick about it, just let it go... very strange Inetbet's support in this respect...

Well that's your opinion mrsrose1705 , but the pit is there for a reason. You want to play, put your money into a casino and not get paid, then fine go ahead and do it, it's your money not mine. Why do think the pit warns "PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK"? My goal is to ADVISE not be your master. You and spanky have not been banned, feel free to comment, but I not tolerate personal attacks, but will indulge you in debate.As far as INETBET, they are no sacred cow, but at least if you win your going to get paid. More than I can say for half the RTG's. wow, I never realized that there were so many 1 L michele's in this world.  anyways, getting back to spanky... I can't help but get the feeling that there's more to this story than what you've presented.  whatever the case may be, if you are unhappy with this casino then move on.  there are many more willing to take your money.  btw, casinos won't really cater to you until you're depositing $200 a day, not per month.  I personally won't play at iNetBet for the simple reason that I have crummy luck there.  but I will say this, I've had to contact their customer service via email 2-3 times in the last month or so for our members.  each time I have, I've received a reply within a few hours.  I'm nobody special in their eyes, but I am polite and careful with my words.  that combo has yet to fail me, you might want to give it a try.

Seriously you could send the emails to bel and he will be more than happy to find out what is wrong and mrsrose if you dont like belgamo then dont come into our forum, it is your choice to be here as it is to voice your opinion and insults but if you truly dont like the way we rate the casinos due by our members feedback then please feel free not to log in here its that simple really.
