Hello fellow Members, I have been having an issue with Rushmore Casino now for over 4 months..... I was afraid to post anything online not to give them any excuses not to pay me. I registered to many different forums asking for help and to try and get as much information as possible on them and how they handle issues with players. After searching for ever online i found this site called CasinoDeal.com they help players resolve issues with online casino, Once i registered i got a call from one of their agents and he explained to me exactly what i should do and even contacted them on my behalf..... Today after a few days that i spoke to CasinoDeal on the phone they called me again and said that they spoke to the management team at Rushmore Casino and that they agreed to pay me my funds.I was shocked because they don't even promote Rushmore Casino and were still able to resolve my issue, an hour later i got an email from the finance department of Rushmore Casino informing me that i should be expecting my funds sometime next week seeing that the payment will be going out this week. I'm so exited even do i didn't get paid yet because this is the first time they aknoledged my withdrawal. Before CasinoDeal contacted them i was always getting emails saying that they need more info.  I hope that i'm not breaking any rules by posting this on this forum but i think that it's a great thing that they are doing and more players should know about it. Oh ya and the best thing about it is.......their service is FREE :yourock:

It's not a problem that you posted this, GamblingKing. If there are ways for players to get help with getting paid, sharing it is awesome!I am glad you are getting somewhere with Rushmore. We have since quit promoting them because of their payout problems and don't contact the rep anymore about player issues. Hopefully others who have problems with them will find your post very helpful. :thumb:

will have to check them out if  they start giving me the run around  about my 2400.00 tourney. as it stands now it has been 8 days out of the 10-14 days they said it takes.  Remember the last Mben 4 1/2 months.

Hi Mben, Thank you for all your help and it's a good thing you guys took them off your site because they are trouble..... As i mentioned i have registered to many forums in the past few months and every one of them as a few post about how they take for every to pay when they eventualy pay out. I'm still shocked that CasinoDeal.com was able to resolve the issue but i guess it's not over until the funds hit my account. I will keep you guys updated once i get paid. Once again thank you very much for all your help :)

You're welcome, GamblingKing. :smile: The issue you have is with Rushmore casino but this site you mentioned will deal with any casino? Am I right? And if so, yooo hoooo ..... crazyashell! Maybe they can help with WinBig21?And yes, I remember too well, nikki. Absolutely unacceptable to have to wait over a month let alone 4 months to get paid by any casino!

Well i don't know the full details of if they are able to resolve every issue but what i do know is once i registered they called me and told me what they do, so i explained my issue and their representative told me that they will contact them and try and resolve the issue for me..... A few days later the same rep called me and told me that the issue was resolved.... I didn't belive him untill i got an email from Finance saying that my payment will be going out this week. So what i think is that WinBig21 should go 2   www.casinodeal.com, register and one of their agents will call him/her up and hopefully resolve the issue. I was reading on their forum and it looks like they resolved allot of issue for players and they even have a reward program. I don't want to make any publicity for another site but again i really am happy that there is a site that online casinos are affraid of and will resolve any issues one they contact them. Maybe you should contact them and work out something so that you can join forces and really take away the power from the casinos... They have been playing with players withdrawals for too long and this has to STOP. POWER TO THE PLAYERS:roll:
