Hello, i play a long Time in this Casinos : Jackpot Capital Casino , Grande Vegas Casino and Slotastic all RTG and the Casino Manager for this 3 Casinos is Oliver Smith. I play all Times with a deposit Bonus. Now i becom a e-Mail for a 100% Bonus, this Bonus is not going. I send a e-mail : Why is not going? Well said, It makes me wonder what good is being loyal and a VIP if they suddenly cut you off from bonuses??.....

Hi Monsun2000:I read your post , carefully, and at this point, I am not sure what can be done. Mben will certainly look at it too, and perhaps she will have a different take on it than I .The casino as they stated in terms and conditions, has the right, if they feel you have an advantage by receiveing bonuses, they can omit you from future ones.High Noon Casino did this to me, and all I did was make a couple deposits without receiving a bonus, then my bonuses were reinstated.It isnt nice, I agree with you, but we have to also look at it from the casinos view to try to understand their side.You were granted No Deposit bonuses, in addition to bonuses on top of your deposits AND payouts. These are all very good casinos you play at with good reputations.  I hope you dont stop playing there because of this.Let me know if I am understanding your post correctly.                                                                                                 Pam

This happened to me at all the rushmore group casinos, and also slots jungle. If I hadn't cashed out at all of them I would still be bonus eligible. I still deposit at the rushmore group, but as of this date I'm still unable to get a bonus. I wish I still received there bonuses but I have cashed out alot with there weekend 150% bonuses. I'm not going to complain. Goodluck with getting your bonus eligibility back.

There is really nothing that can be done as far as Belgamo and I trying to reinstate your bonuses, Monsun. As stated in their T's and C's, all casinos have the right to take away bonuses at their discretion. This is good information for everyone to know, so thanks for posting it. And remember that these 3 casinos are not the only ones who do this. We just had a post about the very same thing about.
