So I deposited at Kudos yesterday and sent an email to inquire about the cashback. I got this response yesterday: "I have checked your account and I confirm that your 150% Kudos are scheduled to be sent to your account tomorrow." According to the promotion details: All times quoted are in Eastern Standard Time. Kudos Credits will be applied before midday on the day specified. I have emailed a few times today with no response. This is reminding me why I quit playing at iNetBet. I hate not being able to call support or do a live chat. Still nothing after numerous emails. :( There is nothing in the promotion details about not crediting on weekends, though the daily cashback is M-F only. I guess I am at their mercy. (FYI, not really a new user here, but old email doesn't exist so couldn't reset password. Had to open new account.)

Ahhh yes. After all these years with no live support, it must be working for them. Not for us, for them. lol

I am not all that impressed. I probably would be if I had won anything on the $100 I deposited. The good thing is, I did get the 150% ($75)Kudo and then $10 monthly.

@krystalkitty ... it was brought to my attention that what happened to you at Uptown Aces (https://www.nodepositforum.com/threads/am-heartbroken.58813307/) also happened to a player at Kudos. The member who told me wanted to make sure you or any other member did not get burned at Kudos if you decide to continue playing there or do play there.

Even though Kudos claims to be a non-bonus casino, their cashback is considered a bonus and has terms attached. Terms that support were not exactly sure about or did not have the all the info on. All they told the player was there was a max cashout and no other restrictions. The player played it and cashed out. Subsequently, their cashout was denied and balance was set to $0 because they had broken the maximum amount per spin rule as you were told you did at UA. Their cashout was not as huge as yours, but it was the same scenario.

I am not saying do not play at Kudos. I am saying read the t's and c's and know that their cashback is considered a bonus. That's all. ;)

Thanks! I had decided to make Kudos my main casino if I ever play again, lol, because of the no playthrough requirements. This is indeed good info. Although I do remember reading about cash back being a bonus, I don't remember reading about the spin rule.
