Kudos Casino Weekly Kudos Credit Withheld [RESOLVED]

So I submitted a withdrawal from Kudos casino on 6/1, which they kept messing around with but my final wire was sent on 6/17. I made some deposits after 6/17 and was eligible for over $200 in weekly “kudos” cash back for the week payable today. They are now saying that I don’t qualify for weekly kudos because I cashed out this week, which is BS since that was from 6/1. This is what they are citing:

It clearly states that every Friday we will credit your account with your weekly Kudos Cash Back based on Deposits lost all week (previous Friday through to Thursday).

My withdrawal was submitted on 6/1...they slow paid it so now I don’t get the kudos?

I received an email this morning that after further review I DO qualify for the kudos and they have been applied. If the rep is named Tom the he did indeed help. You can close this one out.
