Hey, y'all!  i received the exact same email.  i checked my acct, -NO 1000 pts.  so i called them on the 1-866-whatever #, and a wonderful agent with the best demeanor put the 10 into my CASH acct instantly.   It was SO worth waiting 5 minutes on hold with that horrible music-noise crap!!    CALL THE #!!  that's my vote!!

Hey orawanccg, that was soooo worth the wait. I got my address updated while they put the $10 in my cash account too! That killed 2 birds with one stone! Question: Do the loyalty points go into the cash account when you claim them?
