I think they mean accounts at their other sites. Not duplicate accounts with Lucky Nugget itself. So if you claimed a signup bonus at one of their other casinos, you can't claim the signup bonus at any of the others.

From the rep, deej.... I can see that he does have a lot of accounts with us. That in itself is not a problem, but he has another Lucky Nugget account which was registered in 2006. This means that the Lucky Nugget account he registered recently is not new and therefore not qualified as a new player at Lucky Nugget. This would be the reason he never received the free spins. Now I am asking him if you are able to cashout at Lucky Nugget since you have multiple accounts because he didn't answer that question I had for him on top of whether or not you had other Lucky Nugget accounts.
