Significant Terms and Conditions
- This offer is only available to eligible customers.
- Participants must opt in to the promotion prior to placing qualifying bets.
- This promotion will run until further notice.
- Applies to first single bet placed on “First Goalscorer”, "Last Goalscorer", "Correct Score", "Half Time/Full Time" or "Match Winner & Both Teams to Score" markets.
- Qualifying matches will be selected on a weekly basis and shown on promotions page.
- Single pre-match bets only.
- Minimum stake of £5 on a qualifying market is required.
- A maximum Free Bet of £10 will be refunded, per customer, per match if your single bet on a qualifying market loses and any player scores 2 or more goals (brace, hat-trick or more).
- Free Bets will be issued up to 72 hours after the selected match has ended.
- Max Free Bet awarded per customer per day is £10.
- Free Bet is valid for 7 days.
- To qualify, participants must place a ‘real money’ single pre-match bet of at least £5 on a specified market.
- Bets placed on matches that are not part of the selected matches list are not eligible for a Free Bet refund.
- Qualifying markets are: “First Goalscorer”, "Last Goalscorer", "Correct Score", "Half Time/Full Time" or "Match Winner & Both Teams to Score" market.
- The official match result (after the report is released) will be used to determine qualifying bets.
- If a participant places more than one qualifying bet in the same match, only the first qualifying bet placed will be eligible for a Free Bet refund.
- Qualifying bet must be placed individually on the bet slip.
- Not available on iOS app.
- Free Bet stakes, Void, Cash Out bets and cancelled bets do not qualify for this promotion.
- A maximum of one (1) Free Bet refund will be payable per customer per match up to a maximum of £10.
- Free Bet refund cannot be redeemed on each way bets or permutations.
- Free Bet stake is not included in any returns and expires after 7 days.
- Customer’s eligible for a Free Bet refund who subsequently request Account Closure, Time Out or Self Exclusion will not be credited with a Free Bet refund.
- Free Bets must be used in their entirety, they cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets.
- Offer is limited to one per person, household, IP, device, email address or payment details.
- MansionBet reserve the right to withhold or retract any bonus or winnings generated if the bonus was mistakenly credited or patterns of abuse are found.
- MansionBet offers are intended for recreational customers and MansionBet may limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any promotion.
- MansionBet reserve the right to suspend, modify or cancel this promotion at any stage without prior notice.
- The Free Bet shall always be used prior to real money funds from the Sports Cash Account - for example, if a customer is placing a £20 bet and selects a £10 Free Bet token, while having a balance of £100 in his Sports Cash Account, then the total amount of the Free Bet will be used (£10) and £10 will be drawn from the Sports Cash Account.
- Any bet that satisfies the eligibility requirement to be awarded a Free Bet may not later be the subject of a Cash Out.
- Any bet the subject of a Cash Out shall not contribute to any eligibility requirement to receive a Free Bet.
- If a bet which contributed to the eligibility of a Free Bet has been cancelled, MansionBet reserves the right to remove the Free Bet from the Customer’s account and shall, at its sole discretion, determine whether the Customer may be eligible for the promotion again.
- Any bets which contributed to eligibility requirement for a Free Bet shall not contribute to the eligibility requirement of any other offer.
- Unless otherwise specified, any bets placed shall contribute to the eligibility requirements of a Free Bet first, before contributing the eligibility requirement of any other offer.
- This promotion is also subject to MansionBet’s General Bonus Terms and Conditions as well as the Website Terms and Conditions.
