Why were the founders of your company arrested? Although we can confirm that Steve Lawrence and John Lefebvre were detained separately while in the United States, we do not know the details surrounding the detention and cannot provide more clarification. We can confirm that both individuals are no longer employees or board members of NETELLER and have not been involved in the day-to-day running of the company for a number of years. Why was NETELLER stock suspended from trading? As a precautionary measure, we asked the London AIM Stock Market to temporarily suspend trading in our shares, effective January 16, 2007. We requested this action to help protect all shareholders from any negative impact the recent detentions might have until more facts are known. Once we understand the situation in greater detail, we will ask the AIM to allow our shares to trade again. Who can I contact for assistance? This is very interesting......I wonder where this will all end up.
"
The founders were arrested for "MONEY LAUNDERING" . That means that they were washing dirty money(illegally gained money). In that quanity it always makes me think "drug money"
"
The US powers to be* ,that want to make on-line gambling illegal.... are going to jump all over this!!!! SEE WHAT ON-LINE GAMBLING HAS CAUSED! More drug trafficing problems. I wonder if this is the beginning to the end of all legal on-line gambling in the USA.

*Rich People in this country do not like so many dollars being spent without taxation or profit to Rich People in the USA.

My thought exactly .
"
behind the scenes US land based casinos are buying up overseas online gambling domain names and casinos . harrah's is considering buying giant Party poker. What the theory is , is that they will push through with the help of democrats a bill to legalize online gambling in about 2 years . This way the US operators will have a foothold. When they tried to do onlne casinos a couple of years ago that catered to non uS citizens they folded in less than a year. They need the US , but need to get it legalized first.

I had not made that next jump in my thoughts about it....
"
That makes so much sense, now that I think about it. They don't want to get rid of it....they want to gain control of it!
"
It will all work its way around to Land based casinos in the US running it. That way they will legally run "off shore" companies out of the US market (courtesy of US laws)... Giving the US casino's in a sense a monopoly on On-line Gambling!
"
That will enable taxation!
"
EVERYONE WILL BE HAPPY!......WELL ACCEPT "WE THE AVERAGE US GAMBLER"
"
With no competition from off shore companies....
"
Things are going to cost a little (?) more!
"
There will be regulatory fees, fees for government audits, close taxation....etc etc etc
"
All past on to us!
"
Big Money loves a Monopoly!
