I have tried to call, email and live chat. There is no resolve. I tried every email they have and they all got returned. If anyone else has better luck, please let me know.

well i am IMPRESSED...and here to add my award for customer service as well to CasinoShare. i recieved an email from mario and after logging in the freeplay has reset!!!! i will be trying again this afternoon and will be sure to let everyone know how it goes. just wanted to put up this post to give my kudos for the quickness with which their support handled the issue

I have had my Casino Share account for a few months now but have never deposited. I logged in when the promo went live and saw nothing. I logged in again last night and was able to play the free $2008 promo ! I played for about 53 minutes and then I got a connection error. I was still connected to the internet though. Anyway, by the time I got connected again to the casino, my time was up. I did get a message that I had $$ from the promo play. I don't know how much but I will check to see if it would be worth depositing the $50 to collect it.

hai guy 's i have Casino Share account for a few months now but have never deposited. I logged in when the promo went live and saw nothing. I logged in again last night and was able to play the free $2008 promo ! keep trying logged all time and (ask customers servis and sent them email) who know u get that. i do it may be more then 20 time and last night i get that. good luck guy's

Was not going to post until I got my winnings. I took part in this offer , got the max cash transfer and then played for hours. I built my balance up by playing spring break, thunderstruck, and ho ho ho , after having wild swings both ways I was able to finally cashout 2600.00 on thursday , and I got my money today, YAHOO !!.
