None of the advertised withdrawal methods are actually available? Mermaid's Palace

I attempted to withdraw $400 won after a legitimate credit card deposit with no bonus attached.  Wanting to be sure withdrawal was honored in a timely manner before continuing to play.  Support agents have ben completely unhelpful.  The accounts department is not able to open my pdf attachments of verification docs.  And, none of the advertised withdrawal methods are available.  If they ever follow up and open my verification email, any withdrawal will come from a bank draft, from a bank they can't identify when asked...  How can they be promoted all over these forums and receive reviews stating anything but red flags when they are not meeting their end of the deal at all?  How can I know if a casino is legit and withdrawal is actually available, before depositing and playing?

Have you resent them as .jpg or .png or .bmp files?  And, none of the advertised withdrawal methods are available. This is an issue with some casinos and their websites. They don't keep up with the ever changing options they have for deposits and withdrawals on their sites. My suggestion to anyone playing anywhere is to ask support before depositing (you can't see methods for withdrawing until you have money to withdraw at some casinos) to make sure you have a way to cash out.  If they ever follow up and open my verification email, any withdrawal will come from a bank draft, from a bank they can't identify when asked...  Support does not always know who will be processing the payment for players. And casino's processors change all the time. How can they be promoted all over these forums and receive reviews stating anything but red flags when they are not meeting their end of the deal at all? Customer support is certainly a part of the deal. I agree that if any casino cannot hold up that end of the deal, they should be notified via the rep which I will do for you right now. How can I know if a casino is legit and withdrawal is actually available, before depositing and playing? What do you mean by legit? A license? Not a rogue? Casinos that are legit do have options for withdrawal. The question is ... is there a withdrawal method that you can use. This is up to the player to do their homework before depositing and that is through customer support.

Payment should then be done very soon.   Regards   Player's withdrawal requirements as well as phone verification was completed last  1/10/2014     <br style="font-family:arial, sans-serif; " clear="none" />As such, withdrawal request is not yet approved. <br style="font-family:arial, sans-serif; " clear="none" />We have also informed player ( via email last 1/3/2014 ) that we are unable to give the bank name since w e deal  with different payment processors and there are restrictions or limitations on check payments on various locations. <br clear="none" /> I hope this clarifies.

Thanks for the follow up on this.  I am unsure why they are not able to tell me any of this, or respond to me at all.  The logic regarding disclosure of the bank does not make much sense.  If it is dependant on my location, they should not have any problem identifying it and then the correlating bank.  And, I am by no means discounting or overlooking your help in any way, but I still wonder about their practice of offering withdrawal methods that are not actually available. One final point of interest for anyone considering playing mermaid's palace.  In researching their terms and conditions, I found this detail that I haven't encountered before.- All winnings that arise out of reversed withdrawals are non-withdrawable.  Thanks again for your help.  I'll get back if the withdrawal is completed.

mbr, they cannot give out a bank name until the withdrawal is actually processed by the processor. The casino does not know which processor will be dealing with your cashout, they have no way of knowing anything beforehand. You would think AFTER the withdrawal has been processed, the casino should be able to send them an email asking which bank the payment is being drawn on. Does that make sense? "

The rep said that the term was placed for security reasons BUT it is not followed internally. He is finding out, from within, if the term should be in their T's and C's. Thanks for pointing it out, mrb. Without you, this would never have been looked at and could defiantly be a deterrent for players.

Thanks again for all of your assistance. Just a brief update.  I haven't heard anything from this casino since Jan. 14, when they sent this message- Thank you for your email.Your withdrawal request has been forwarded to our processor.A separate email will be sent to you on status of it.Rest assured that we take withdrawal requests seriously.Sincerely,Amanda Anderson Accounts Analyst  Although I have replied to this message and cc'd their other support email, no response or status update.
